For faster integration, be sure to:

• Look up / ask the communication protocol or API documentation to the manufacturer of the device and include it in your request.
• Include the contacts of the right technical persons of the manufacturer of your device.
• Provide a test installation.
• Include how many installations you already have with this device.

If you need a new integration with high priority, please contact the sales department of your redistributor.
