How to Add Contacts?
Contact records store information about individuals, including:
- Name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Language
- Preferred method of receiving information
Steps to Add a New Contact:
- Navigate to the Contacts section in the settings platform.
- Click "Add new contacts" to create a new contact record.
- Fill in the required details (name, email, phone, etc.).
- Save the contact.
Once saved, contacts are accessible throughout the platform and can be easily added to an installation, streamlining the reuse of contact information.
Steps to Add a Saved Contact to an installation:
- Navigate to the Contacts section in the desired installation platform.
- Click "Add saved contacts" to add a saved contact record.
- Choose the contact name and type
- Click "Add".
