Configuration
Ethernet Connection
Make sure the Controller and the SmartgridOne are connected to the same network.
- Connect the SmartgridOne Ethernet port to the same switch/router as the Controller.
- Ensure the SmartgridOne has a reachable IP address.
- TCP port must be 502 .
For correct ethernet wiring: Follow the the guidelines for ethernet wiring.
Device settings
⚠️ Make sure the device Direct power control read-only mode is off. If it is on we can't send commands with the SmartgridOne.
