Google Play Console App Setup Guide

This guide walks you through setting up your white-labeled app on the Google Play Console

Initial Setup

1. Visit the Google Play Console
2. Click Create App
3. Enter the following details:
   • App name
   • Default language
   • Type: App (not game)
   • Accept the declarations

Required Checklist Items

1. Privacy Policy

• Add your company's privacy policy URL

2. App Access

1. Select "All or some functionality in my app is restricted"
2. Add test account credentials
3. Select "No other information is required"

3. Basic Settings

• Ads: Select "No ads"
• Content Rating: Complete the questionnaire
• Target Audience: Select appropriate age groups
• News Apps: Select "No"
• COVID-19 Apps: Select "Not a COVID-19 app"

4. Data Safety

Download the pre-filled CSV file with the required data safety declarations and upload it directly to the Google Play Console.

5. Category Settings

1. Select Tools as primary category
2. Add Tools as tag
3. Fill in store listing contact details

6. Store Listing

1. Prepare content:
   • Short description
   • Full description
   • App icon (512x512 px)
   • Feature graphic (1024x500 px)
   • Phone screenshots (minimum 2)
   • Tablet screenshots (minimum 1 per format)

7. App Release

1. Access the Production tab
2. Select distribution countries
3. Create new release:
   • Upload .aab file
   • Complete integrity declaration
   • Handle Android 13 ad ID declaration if prompted

8. Submit for Review

1. Go to Publishing overview
2. Submit for review
   • Review typically takes 24-48 hours

Creating Screenshots

Browser Method

1. Visit insights3.eniris.be or your custom domain
2. Log in to your account
3. For mobile screenshots:
   • Open browser developer tools (F12)
   • Enable device simulation
   • Select mobile device preset
   • Use built-in screenshot tool
4. Save screenshots for Play Store listing
