Data usage

Minimum data bundle

If your SmartgridOne Controller is connected to the Internet via a mobile network, you must provide at least 5GB of data usage per month, and if you connect more than 5 devices to the SmartgridOne Controller, you must additionally provide 1GB/device.

Warning

If you use external control signals (e.g. for curtailment, imbalance market connections, ... etc.), it is highly recommended to use a fixed Internet connection or an unlimited mobile data plan.

DISCLAIMER: The manufacturer of the SmartgridOne Controller cannot be held responsible for mobile data usage outside your bundle.

Data saver

You can enable the data saver in the "Settings" tab.

When enabling data saving, no live data is available in the app, and settings that are changed in the app are applied with a delay.
